Qualifying Country: Below, please select the country where you are a member of the Laser Class Association. This should be the country where you normally sail and in which you qualified for this championship. For more information please see clause 10 of the ILCA Constitution.

By submitting this form I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand and agree to the terms in the 'Notice of Race'. I acknowledge specifically but not limited to :

1. I am a member of the International Laser Class Association by being a member of a National Laser Class Association and will be a member at the time of the championship.
2. I will have adequate third party liability insurance for the championship as described in the Liability section of the Notice of Race.
3. I am of good health and a competent sailor capable of racing a ILCA Dinghy in open water in all conditions including strong winds.
